Absolutely. The times are uncertain. If it gives you peace of mind to meet virtually, I’m all in. We can accomplish just as much virtually as we can face to face!

I am male and have pelvic issues, do you help men?
Absolutely! You have need of pelvic health treatment just as much as women. Again, we’ll design a personalized program that fits your unique needs and allows you to achieve your goals.
I have incontinence, can you help with that?
Yes I can. Working together, we’ll design a holistic program that encompasses mindset, fitness, nutrition, and encouragement to help you achieve your goal of no more leaks!!
My pelvis is okay, I just need help with my core. can you help?
Yep! There’s a lot more to core strength than sit-ups, crunches, and planks. Let’s find the things that are holding you back from strengthening and staying on track. We may be looking at more than just muscles!
Do you Bill my insurance?
At this time, I do not bill insurance, directly. I do offer a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Given the nature and design of the sessions, many of the things I offer are not covered by insurance. For this reason, sessions and/or group coaching is cash based.
